Happy 4th of July! We had a laid back day after recovering from a broken water heater and some water damage to "L's" bedroom. "L" is relocated to another room for now and we are waiting for the insurance company to come assess the damage and go from there. Never a dull moment around here! Tonight we headed out to the lake to watch the fireworks. It was both girls first time. They loved it and we had a blast. Except....the city did not expect the amount of people that showed up, and there were not enough buses to bus everyone back to the highschool in a timely manner. By the grace of God, we made it back by 11:20 p.m. Yeah! Both girls were tired and ready for bed. Let's hope they sleep in.
Mommy likes to play with her new camera lens and special effects. And I really do not like to sit in the grass! "L" is 9 months old as of yesterday. Still 2 teeth, crawling, pulling up and eating us out of house and home.
