Halloween party- take one! This year "A" picked out her costume. She thought about what she wanted to be and thought and she really wanted to be a mermaid. So, we took her to the Disney store and Grandma Shawna helped her pick it out and bought it. And "A" has been waiting for this day to come, when she could actually wear it! My little girl is a mermaid!
The littlest one could be anything I want! That's the best part of being the mom and having them be little! Originally I bought a cute ladybug costume, but it really did not fit her. So, back to square one we went. Last year "L" was a baby pink kitty. So, this year she is a hot pink and black leopard. Grrrr.... Without the costume on, all in black, she looks like a cat burglar. 
Ahhh.... my girls! Tonight we went to a neighborhood Halloween party and both the girls had fun. "L" bobbed for pumpkins, "A" listened to the stories and decorated cookies and went on a scavenger hunt. Lots of fun this time of the year. Many more halloween parties next week!
